Suji Rava - 1 1/2 cups

Method:
- Heat oil in a pan an add channa dal and urid dal. Let them turn light brown and then add in mustard and cumin seeds.
- Once they splatter, add in the onions, green chilly and curry leaves. Let the onions turn golden brown.
- Add tomatoes, salt and turmeric powder and let it cook for a while. Add water and bring to a boil.
- Once water starts boiling, reduce the flame and add in the suji rava while stiring continuously. (Stirring helps avoid lumps in the upma)
- Add few drops of oil and let it cook for a minute. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot!
