Ingredients:
Potato - 2 big sized (cut into medium sized pieces)
Spring Onions - 4-5 (chopped finely)
Red Chilli Sauce - 2 tsp
Green Chilli Sauce - 2 tsp
Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 2 tsp
Green Chilli Sauce - 2 tsp
Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add in the white-part of the spring onions, cut potatoes and salt. Let it fry on medium flame. Sprinkle a little water occasionally until the potatoes are cooked.
- Add red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce, pepper powder and the greens of the spring onions. Mix well and let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with a few greens of spring onion. Serve hot!
