Apple & Dates Smoothie


Fruits as such is something am not too fond of, but juices, milk shakes, smoothies... oh yes, love them :) Here is a very simple recipe of pure goodness in the form of Apple & Dates Smoothie :) Increase or decrease the quantity of milk based on your preference of the thickness of the smoothie. I liked mine thick and grainy!



Ingredients


Apples - 2
Dates Syrup - 4 tsp
Milk - 2 glasses
Sugar - 2 tsp


Method:

  • Remove the center part of the apple and cube into small pieces, along with the skin.
  • Blend into a fine paste.
  • Add sugar, dates syrup, milk and whisk for another few minutes.
  • Slurp up this deliciously healthy smoothie! :)
