Ingredients:
Bread slices - 10
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Onion - 1 medium (finely chopped)
Green chillies - 1 (finely chopped)
Split urid dal - 1/2 tsp

Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves - a few
Curry Leaves - a few
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste

- Cut the bread slices into small cubes and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the split urid dal seeds. Once it becomes slightly brownish, add the mustard seeds and let it splatter. Now, add in the curry leaves and green chillies as well and stir a little.
- Add in the cubed bread pieces, salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder. Sprinkle a dash of oil over the mixture and mix well.
- Add in the coconut gratings and mix again. Let it cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
- Enjoy your snack hot!
