If you would like to make this for your mini, follow the recipe for Veg-Au-Gratin with the following changes:
🌼 Replace maida with wheat flour to make the bechamel sauce.
🌼 Mash the pressure cooked veggies before adding it to the bechamel sauce.
🌼 Reduce the quantities of herbs n pepper powder. Add only a hint of both.
🌼 Skip the salt as cheese has enough already.
