Ingredients:
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Kasuri Methi leaves - 3 tsp
Kasuri Methi leaves - 3 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil
Method:
- In a bowl mix in the wheat flour, kasuri methi leaves and salt.
- Add water to this mix and knead into a fine dough (that of chapathi consistency).
- Add a little bit of oil and keep aside the dough for a few minutes.
- Make equal portions of the dough and make them into fine rounds with your hands.
- Now take one ball, roll it out into a small roti of about 2 inch diameter. Apply a bit of oil all over it, fold it into half and then another half (a shape of a triangle).
- Now gently roll it out evenly into a bigger triangle and roast it on a tava.
- Repeat for each dough ball.
